We require updates to school diaries for 2026. This includes updates to the front cover and school copy front pages. Normally these are existing schools so we have the packaged ID files to work from. We do have new schools that require work from Word docs. The school copy pages can be up to 32 pages and it normally takes 2-3 drafts before the school approves. We also produce custom layout diaries which would involve updating the diary calendar dates so approximately 120 pages. If you can provide a price for updating the front 32 pages and a front cover design initially that would be helpful. We do have ongoing work so if the pricing is acceptable we could look at more ongoing work. Ideally the turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours and it normally takes 2-3 drafts before the schools sign off. I require vector lineart of a mouthguard similar to the graphic image below, The floor of the mouthguard showing the pips and their shapes is a critical feature to be displayed. The basic shape can be the same as the graphic image. I also require an enlarged section of the pips is a side balloon. The images show the existing graphic and a blue mouthguard that the existing graphic was based on. Also an image of a clear mouthguard that has the pips plus a selection of images enlarging the pips which must be shaped the same on the completed vector artwork. Use of AI is acceptable to actieve the desired result.
