This is not super complicated so happy to consider design student. 1. Project Overview and Scope Project: Accurate technical drafting and measurement translation for a custom outdoor kitchen installation. Goal: To convert provided concept visuals and our existing site measurements into a detailed, build-ready package of drawings. Deliverables Required: Design concept layout, precise measurements, and final CAD (or similar) technical drawings suitable for handover to a qualified builder. 2. Required Drafting Expertise We require a designer or drafter who can deliver technical design drawings. • Technical Drawing Proficiency: Proven experience producing detailed technical drawings (CAD or similar software) that clearly specify materials, joins, and overall dimensions necessary for construction. • Builder-Ready Output: The ability to create drawings that meet the standards a builder requires to commence work. 3. Provided Materials The designer will be provided with: 1. Reference Image: A picture detailing the aesthetic and general layout of the desired outdoor kitchen. 2. Existing Space Image: A photograph of the 'before' area where the kitchen will be installed. 3. All Measurements: All necessary dimensions and measurements for the new outdoor kitchen structure will be provided. 4. Key Deliverables and Timeline (Strict) The following schedule is non-negotiable due to builder commencement dates: • Final Technical Drawings for Builder: Thursday, 18 December by 5:00 PM AEST 5.
