Hi there – I’m looking for a skilled designer to create 10 high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for my channel. Preferably a reusable template. I need someone who understands: - YouTube psychology - Mobile-first readability - High contrast design - Clean, character-led illustration Style & Vibe - Smart, slightly edgy, but approachable - Clean, bold, high contrast - Serious topic, playful presentation - No AI-looking clutter. No stock collage chaos. Hand-drawn Anchor Character The anchor character currently only exists in video format and past thumbnails. You will need to recreate her cleanly and consistently based on those references. It’s absolutely fine to use AI tools in the recreation process — as long as the final result is recognisable, stylistically consistent, professionally refined, and feels like the same person across all thumbnails while clearly serving the story. Core Layout Left (30–40% width): Large, expressive anchor character (face visible, emotion matches topic). Right: ONE dominant visual idea (graph crash, gold bars, money printer, skyline, etc.). No clutter. No tiny floating elements. Text Rules - 2–4 punchy words (max 5) - One main text block only - Solid black banner behind text - Bold, thick font (generally darker, dynamic yellow) - Must be readable at small phone size Example style: “THEY ALL LEFT” “WHO REALLY WON?” “CAN’T AFFORD KIDS?” Design Principles - Strong contrast - Simple backgrounds (gradients, blur, large shapes) - Emotional color use (red = crisis, green = money, blue = structural) - Every element must serve the story - If it doesn’t read instantly at small scale, simplify Deliverables - 10 thumbnails (1280x720) - Reusable template - Editable source files - 1 revision round - Final PNG exports I’ve attached 3 thumbnails that have performed well — I’m looking to level this up and improve CTR further. I am looking for an experienced CAD designer (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) to modify my existing bag tag design and produce a clean, parametric STL file suitable for multicolour 3D printing. This is for Scouts NSW Joey Scouts bag tags. You will need to: • Take my existing badge design (supplied as image / SVG / STL) • Add the Scouts fleur-de-lis logo into the design • Ensure both the Joey head logo and Scout logo fit neatly within the inner blue section and inside the border • Produce a clean, print-ready STL file Most importantly: • The year must be editable (parametric) so I can easily change it (2026 → 2027 → 2028 etc) Preferred method: Fusion 360 parametric file (.f3d) with editable text parameter Exact design specifications Overall diameter: 60 mm (ideal) Range: 50–70 mm Base layer thickness: 2.0 mm Raised features height: +0.6 mm Total thickness: 2.6 mm Border thickness: 2.4–3.0 mm Ring hole Inside diameter: 5 mm Minimum acceptable: 4.5 mm Outer ring thickness: 2.5–3 mm Colour layers (for multicolour printing) Blue background HEX: #1F3A5F Orange border HEX: #F58220 White features (text, logos) HEX: #FFFFFF Experience with: • Fusion 360 (preferred) • Parametric modelling • Designing for multicolour 3D printing • Creating clean STL files Bonus if experienced with: • Orca Flashforge • Multicolour layer separation
