- I'm starting my minimalist journey and needing assistance selling all my clothing, shoes, home items that I have in my storage unit. - Because of my working schedule and lack of time I haven't been able to interact with the customers and do any negotiating/selling/messaging back and forth. I am looking for someone who enjoys this phase of the selling process - I am wanting to split a percentage of the money gained from each and every sale made. So it may be an ongoing selling journey. - I will be setting a sale price for each time, if you feel the item has the potential to be sold at a better price you are welcome to try and get a better pricepoint, which also means your gains from that sale will increase. I have a lot of Nike items, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger that I should have sold at a better price but don't have adequate time to research the appropriate pricepoint, so I regret to have sold them too cheap in the past. - As an example, if my Nike Jordans sell for 100, you get transferred 20 for that specific sale. I have multiple boxes worth of Nike Jordans and Airmax, so there's earning potential. - All you need to do is post the items on FB marketplace and interact with buyers, customers will then pick up the item at the location provided and you will also be paid your percentage of the sale price for every single item sold, once the customer has picked it up and provided the cash to my dad.

Website Brief Current site: carraracollective.com.au (simple one-pager built in-house) Goal: Rebuild as a premium ecommerce site that reflects the quality of the product and drives organic traffic. Overview Carrara Collective designs and manufactures high-end stone furniture. The brand should sit comfortably alongside premium retailers like Coco Republic — architecturally clean, minimal, material-focused. The current website is too basic and doesn’t reflect the quality of the product or allow customers to order properly. What We Need 1. Ecommerce Functionality The site needs to function like a proper online store. Each product: • Has a base design • Can be ordered in different stone types • May have different sizes • Changes price depending on material selection Key requirement: • Dynamic pricing based on stone selection • Clean backend that makes it easy to update pricing and add products • Secure checkout (deposit or full payment option) 2. Pages At minimum: • Home • Shop / Collections • Individual Product Pages including a page for custom designed furniture • Contact Simple, structured, scalable. 3. Design Direction Premium, minimal, architectural. • Large imagery • Clean typography • Neutral palette • Not overly “retail” or cluttered The site should feel considered and high-end — closer to brands like Jardan than a template Shopify store. 4.
