Hey all, I’m a 20 year old that has started dropshipping the past month. I’ve got a product, product page (very low quality), and have meta ads running with impressions & reach - but not a single conversion into a sale. I have attempted organic Tiktok ads previously, and am open to learn google ads (or any other form of marketing), as well as Meta. If anyone has experience with dropshipping using shopify/page pilot/(optionally AutoDS) - or knows someone who does - I would greatly appreciate face to face assistance in setting up a store properly. Title: Town Planner / DA Consultant – 14 lot Subdivision DA (Stage 1) – 11R Wellington Rd, Dubbo Description: I need an experienced NSW town planner / DA consultant to help prepare and lodge a subdivision DA for Stage 1 (14 lots) at 11R Wellington Rd, Dubbo (part of a larger ultimate subdivision). A key issue is biodiversity: we need the biodiversity work done first, and a Spring targeted survey may be required depending on what the biodiversity consultant finds during their assessment. If the Spring survey is required, timing can push lodgement out (potentially late October). Scope (what you will do): Review existing project documents (site-specific DCP / concept layout / survey info etc.) Confirm DA requirements + checklist for Dubbo Regional Council / NSW Planning Portal Prepare the Statement of Environmental Effects / Planning Report Coordinate/compile required inputs (civil/services/stormwater, traffic, bushfire, biodiversity, landscape etc.) and identify any gaps early Lodge the DA via NSW Planning Portal (or deliver a complete “ready-to-lodge” package) Important constraints / notes: Biodiversity is the gatekeeper – you must advise what is required and manage the process. We cannot lodge the DA until biodiversity works are completed, including any Spring survey if required.
