We need an Australian-registered Accountant or Xero Certified Specialist to help us transition to a new Xero file and provide remote training and operational advice for our team. Live Training & Advisory (Online): Provide remote training for our local Programs Manager (a Xero beginner) on the live file, while advising us on the best ways to operate financially between PNG and Australia. Key Training & Advisory Topics: Operational Advice: Guidance on the best way to structure our cross-border workflows to keep things simple, efficient, and compliant. Day-to-day management: Bank reconciliations and data entry. Receipts: Managing receipts via Xero’s mobile/automated tools. Grant Tracking: Using Tracking Categories to monitor specific grant spend. Budgeting: Entering simple budgets and running "Budget vs Actual" reports. Requirements: Australian Registered Accountant or Xero Certified Advisor. Must provide a Tax Invoice and ABN. Experience with multicurrency and Not-for-Profit tracking. Patient, clear communication style for training a beginner. Timeframe: Looking to start as soon as possible.
