I need one main product image per design, where the customer selects their vehicle using toggle/variant options underneath the image. I already have one example design that I can send you, and I want many more created in the same format. I can provide a PDF document with all reference images and design ideas. I have a mostly-finished Fusion 360 design for a VoluMore frame (3D printed). We’re a small surveying / planning business and need a well-designed Excel job tracking system to manage active jobs, client details, staff allocation, and—most importantly—client follow-ups and timeframes. We’ve tried simple spreadsheets before and they weren’t intuitive or effective at keeping us on top of follow-ups. We have an old, basic example we can share, but we’re very open to better ideas and smarter Excel design. Core job tracking fields required Each job should include, at a minimum: -Job Basics (can't fit full list in description sorry) - Other Notes (brief) - Status & workflow -Status column with drop-down options (e.g. New / Quoted / Awaiting Client / With Council / Approved / On Hold / Complete – happy to refine this with you) - Clear visual indication of where each job sits in the workflow - Follow-up & urgency tracking (very important) We want conditional formatting or logic that: - Flags jobs that require follow-up after a set period (e.g. X days since last client contact or status change) -Uses colour-coding or alerts to show: - follow-up due soon - overdue follow-up Ideally driven off a “Last Contact Date” or similar field (open to your recommendation) -Job updates without clutter One of our biggest pain points is notes becoming huge and messy.
