I’m looking for someone experienced with making and installing signage to help with two signs. Each sign will be approximately 1.2m × 80cm. I already have the MDF boards and the electrical junctions/wiring for the individual letters. The work would involve: * Cutting the MDF boards to the correct size, so you would need to have the appropriate cutting equipment. * Building a timber frame around the back edges of the MDF to create some depth and space behind the board for the wiring and electrical junctions. * Drilling and fitting the individual letters onto the MDF board. * Making sure the wiring and junctions can sit neatly behind the MDF. * Once everything is assembled, painting the sides/edges white. The front of the MDF has already been painted. And install to the wall. 1 wall is bricks the other wall is plaster There are two signs in total. I’m looking for someone who has experience doing this kind of work and has the necessary tools. I can also provide photos showing how our previous sign was constructed as a reference.

Help required to sell a Stiltz branded through floor lift, the model is a Deuo. this lift was removed from my Father in-laws house recently after he moved into a care home. The lift is under 5yrs old, in great condition as seldom used. It’s partially dismantled but all parts, covers, guides and even the through floor ceiling/floor trim is with it and two wall mountable remote controls. The unit is very heavy and will require to be uplifted from me or local delivery can be arranged (only if money is received first). These are very expensive units, this cost around £15,000 - I’d like to sell it for £5000. Same item currently on EBay for over £6000. As it has been uninstalled I’ve not included any photos but a quick internet search will show you. I could DM some photos if required.

I have an old Clas Ohlson TCD-983WEC multi-function retro music system which is a very cherished personal item from my late father in law. Unfortunately it no longer powers up.
