I want to deliver 12 posts that are transitioning me from one career identity to another. Establishing me as a speaker, authority and thought leader as well as presenting my course offerings (across Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn) platforms. I am working on launching something in the summer so I want the posts to reintroduce me, my big projects and my many sides. I want engaging and creative captions and hashtags and choice of music for the posts. Posts can be short form, long form, carousel images, or videos or reels. Looking for a reliable home/garage-based helper to pack and post my first test batch of small flags. The flags are light and fold down very small when packed (about the size of a CD or DVD case). They’re good quality ones from China. The items are pre-folded and in plastic packaging. All I need you to do is place them in the packaging i'll provide you with and print or write out the address details and then post them I can provide labels also. I will send an initial bulk delivery of around 100 pieces straight to your address for short-term storage. Then when orders come in (starting low at roughly 20–50 per month) I’ll message you the buyer details each day so you can pack and post them via Royal Mail. I work on a ship so everything will be done remotely – I can’t handle it myself. This is just for the initial test run to get things started. Paid per order – price can be discussed. I need a designer to redesign and improve my existing 14-page Canva website for CM Beyer, a London-based marketing and business management consultancy. The content is written and largely final — the work is about making the site look and function properly. The site currently includes: homepage, two about pages, three product/service pages (CMBInsight, CMBAmplify, CMBCore — each with tiered pricing), a contact page, plus legal/policy pages and a news page. What needs fixing: ∙ Navigation — the header only links to About, Contact and News. There’s no way to navigate to the three core products (Insight, Amplify, Core) without going through the homepage. Needs a proper nav menu. ∙ Page titles are wrong — all three product pages display “CM Beyer | Dividend History” in the browser tab instead of their actual names. ∙ Buttons and CTAs — there are almost no proper buttons on the site. CTAs like “Find out more” are plain text links. These need to be designed as clear, clickable buttons with a proper visual hierarchy. ∙ Sections and backgrounds — the site is essentially teal and white throughout. The sections need better visual separation, spacing and variety without going overboard. ∙ Footer is cluttered — company registration details, internal employee links (payroll, webmail), and legal links are all jammed together. Needs tidying up — internal staff links probably shouldn’t be in the main footer at all. ∙ Two about pages that overlap in content — could potentially be consolidated. ∙ Pricing tier sections on product pages need cleaner layout and formatting (some text appears broken/cut off). ∙ General polish — consistent spacing, mobile responsiveness, and a more professional feel overall. Platform: Must be done in Canva so I can manage updates myself. Open to Wix only if you handle the full migration. Please include examples of previous website work when you apply. One of revision included, with scope for a second. Additional work may be offered in future.

Have tried your typical eBay and gumtree need a specific buyer or someone that knows someone whom needs or knows what markets to target to get them sold ASAP.
