This would only be a project or 1-3 hours a week until our next flip. My husband and I recently flipped a house on the Central Coast in NSW Australia. I work at a tech company and he is a builder. We have been offered potential partnerships for our next flip but we really need to get an Instagram and Tik Tok up and running. I was quoted $187 for a full service through ultra tune which I was told included all fluids topped up , 100 point safety check, carpets vaccummed and a few other things. However after getting my car back the paperwork said it is a special standard service and the fluids weren't even topped up. There was also a obvious banging noise when I go over bumps which I suspect has something to do with the suspension that wasn't even noted, despite the paperwork saying no issues were found with the test drive. I doubt it was even taken for a test drive. However, I enquired about this and they told me it was a full standard service that was performed on my vehicle. Is there a difference between a full standard service and just a standard service? Or is this to make it sound as if I got a full service to cover up the initial quote for what they told me was going to be a full service? Have I been conned? If so, I would like for someone on the ball to call them, clarify everything and speak on my behalf. I can send you all communications by text message and all paperwork.

I have attached screenshots of the floor plans with color-coded areas: RED BOX (Urgent): Master WIR (layout optimization), BIRs for 2 Bedrooms and BIR with integrated study desks for Guest Bed 2, and an upstairs Study Nook. BLUE BOX (Not urgent): Custom bookshelves & study desk for Lounge and TV Wall joinery and storage units for upstairs Activity. What I need from you: Practical Design: Focus on high storage efficiency and functionality. Must be compatible with Australian standard board sizes (e.g., Polytec/Laminex 2400x1200 sheets). Technical Drawings: Detailed 2D elevations with clear dimensions that a Cabinet Maker can use for production. File Formats: Final delivery must include PDF and editable source files (e.g., CAD .dwg or SketchUp .skp). Material Advice: Brief recommendations on cost-effective finishes and hardware (e.g., Blum/Hettich). Revisions: At least 2 rounds of minor adjustments included. Timeline: To be completed within 1-2 weeks. Please show me your previous joinery/shop drawing samples when bidding. Knowledge of the high-end residential market is a plus.

I would like to have a dress sewn based on a picture I have seen for a fancy dress party. I do not have a pattern so the pattern will need to be drawn up by the person who sews the dress. I have not yet chosen a fabric but can do that with some guidance ASAP. I am willing to travel to the dressmaker to do measurements and hand over fabric etc. I really don’t know what market rate for this is…so looking for some guidance on how much I need to pay as well.
