Croydon, Vic In the process of getting planning permit approved by local council to build carport close to existing 7 trees Council requested details regarding the trees, as the proposed carport may affect their health and long-term viability. The type of base (concrete)used for the carport will play a role in determining the extent of this impact To proceed, it will be necessary to provide an arborist report demonstrating that the proposed carport does not encroach more than 10% into the Tree Protection Zone, and that the trees will remain healthy and viable I have the sub-division plans where the trees were included for sub-division approval, and have had an Architect draw up scale plans for the carport Full payment will be made on confirmation the report meets council requirements Exact details requested by my Council below. This is exactly what needs to be delivered: 1. Tree details: a. Details of each tree proposed for retention and removal from the subject site adjacent to the proposed works (as well as those shown on the adjoining properties) including: Its species, height and trunk circumference (measured at 1 metre above the ground in accordance with the permit trigger under the Significant Landscape Overlay - Schedule 4) Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) and Structural Root Zone (SRZ) Safe useful life expectancy a. If encroachment into the TPZ exceeds 10%, an arboricultural impact assessment may be required 2. Site Layout Plans (fully dimensioned and to scale) The plans must clearly show the following: a. Confirm what the base of the carport is proposed to be e.g. a concrete slab, gravel, etc b. Location of vegetation c. Notations or details of any tree protection zones and structural root zone for retained trees d. Percentage encroachment of all buildings and works into the tree protection zone and structural root zone of retained trees. An arboricultural impact assessment may be required if the encroachment affects the SRZ or more than 10% of the TPZ

I am looking for a skilled furniture maker, joiner, or finishing carpenter to construct a simple custom bed from solid pine. Construction Type (see included image): - Two bedframes (top and bottom bunk) — simple box construction using 190 x 45mm pine, butt jointed. - Four 90 x 90mm posts, to which the bedframes will be attached with lag screws - Slats, handrails and ladder are part of the build. - Finish: Sanded, primed and painted. Design Requirements: Shop drawings will be provided. Clean, solid construction with attention to detail in joinery and finishing. No wobbles. This job is for a prototype initially, and further work to replicate the piece for sale may be available.

I am a soap-maker who makes Cold Processed soap. I am in need of a soap "slab" cutter, which will divide a large flat slab of soap into 5 equal loaves. See images. This task will suit someone with tools and construction background. You can also look at this youtube tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QApiQKy3vw I would be happy with a "one wire" option, where I would just push the slab through multiple times, however the price I am posting above would reflect a multiple wire situation. Finished "loaves" must be 2.5inches. Current I am using a cutter which is inadequate for my purposes
