Task Description: I need a reliable local in Nottingham to collect 4 small framed art prints from John Pye Auctions (Nottingham site), pack them securely into a heavy-duty box, and drop them off at a local courier drop-off shop (Evri / DPD / DHL) to be shipped to London. What you will need to do: I will provide you with the Paid Invoice/Collection Note. You must show this to the John Pye staff on your phone to collect the 4 prints. Source a sturdy cardboard picture box, some bubble wrap, and packing tape. Wrap the 4 pictures securely to ensure the glass is completely protected, box them up, and seal it. I will buy the shipping label online and email the barcode/PDF to you. You just need to print it (or use a "print in store" drop-off point) and drop the parcel off at a local shop. Item Details: Total 4 flat items (framed prints/artwork). Sizes range from small (30cm x 40cm) to medium (68cm x 78cm). Low monetary value, but fragile handling needed for the glass frames during packing.

Collect two perspex and wood display frames (60cm square, 8cm deep) from a Facebook marketplace seller. He doesn't want to work with a courier and wants "a real person" to collect them! They'll then need to be packaged securely to post to me (unless you are driving to London sometime soon, in which case I posted a different task for delivering them rather than posting them! Am open to both options). The front is perspex not glass, so not too fragile, but will still need a good amount of bubble wrap, corner protection, and a large cardboard box to hold them. I can then arrange UPS or Parcelforce to collect from your address.

I am looking for a persistent and effective communicator to help resolve a delivery issue with Parcelforce. The Situation: My parcel is currently stuck in a "sorting loop" between the Coventry hub and Manchester (it has traveled back and forth 4 times). I live in London and have confirmed that the shipping address provided by the sender is 100% correct. However, the Parcelforce automated system keeps misreading the postcode and routing it incorrectly. Your Task: Call Parcelforce Customer Service or the specific depot. Explain that this is a "Recurring Missort / Routing Error." Firmly request a "Manual Sort" or "Overlabeling" to break the loop. Ensure the parcel is redirected to my London address (or held at my local Post Office) and NOT returned to Japan. Requirements for Verification: To complete this task, you must provide the following in the chat: A screenshot of your call log showing the number called and duration. The Case/Reference Number provided by the Parcelforce agent. The name of the agent you spoke with.
