Looking for a reliable home cook to come to my home once a week for around 3 hours and prepare high-protein meals for me to take to work. Budget: £60 per session (approx. 3 hours). Ingredients provided by me. All meals need to be strictly low-FODMAP and lactose-free, following recipes/ingredients provided by me. I’m happy for the same dish to be cooked in larger quantities and divided into multiple portions, so there is no need to prepare a different recipe for every meal. The meals should be suitable for storing in the fridge/freezer and either reheating or eating cold. The meals should be portioned into containers and the kitchen left clean afterwards. Looking for someone reliable for a regular weekly arrangement.

Weekly batch cooking, Mondays, Clapham SW4 After someone to come to mine every Monday and cook two dishes. Around 3 hours. Ongoing if we get on. Two dishes, at least 4 servings each, so 8 portions. They're big portions, 1000+ calories each and high protein. Food I actually eat is Thai, pasta, stews, marry me chicken, creamy mushroom chicken. Love anything chicken and rice really. Past that it's your call. I want protein and veg doing the work rather than carbs, and everything has to reheat properly without drying out or splitting. I'm coeliac and also don’t like seafood. Send me a menu and shopping list by the Friday and I'll have it all in by Monday. Containers are here. Fridge the first few, freeze the rest, and leave me a note on reheating. Cleaning is minimal. Dishwasher, wipe the counters, wash up anything that doesn't fit in the dishwasher. Kitchen's well equipped. Oven, hob, air fryer, big pans, everything you'd need. Need someone who has done batch cooking before and has Food Hygiene certification. £100 with me supplying groceries. Tell me what you cook best and the two dishes you'd start with.
