Home-based production partner needed for my wholesale bakery supplying cafés in Northampton. You bake my recipes in your registered kitchen; I handle sales, invoicing & delivery. Note: any budget shown in the app is indicative only—final pay depends on the order size. You’ll: bake, pack & label to order (250–300 portions off-peak, 400–600 at peak: muffins, cookies, brownies, flapjacks/traybakes, cakes, loaves, tarts). Buy your own ingredients (recipes provided). Rate includes materials. Pack in containers I provide with labels I supply. Ready for collection/drop-off on agreed day. I’m available throughout for recipe help/troubleshooting. You need: council registration + Level 2 hygiene cert (or equiv); public & product liability insurance; registered self-employed with HMRC (or a registered business); clean kitchen & storage; reliable & communicative. Pay: flat per-portion rate (DM for details) covering labour + materials; +£10 if you drop to me. First batch is a paid trial (60–80 portions). Review after 3 months or 1,000 portions. Typically 1 order/week (250–600), busier at peak. Note: any budget shown in the app is indicative only—final pay depends on the order size. Process: I send order (qty + deadline, usually 5–7 days—flexible). You bake/pack/label. I collect (or you drop). Apply with: experience + equipment (oven/mixer/fridge), location (Northampton area), confirmation you’re self-employed (or in process). If we proceed, I’ll need proof of registration, cert & insurance, and we’ll sign a simple contractor agreement if successful.
