Proposed equipment I intend to supply: - Reolink wired Video Doorbell WiFi D340W; - Reolink plug-in chime; - Reolink Home Hub Mini; and - high-endurance microSD card. The D340W requires either 24V DC or 12–24V AC power. It connects to my router over Wi-Fi. Experienced Digital Organiser / PA Needed – Household Paperwork Project I’m looking for an experienced professional organiser or PA to help me create a digital filing system for several years’ worth of household paperwork. This isn’t simply a scanning job. I’m looking for someone who has experience setting up logical digital filing systems and is confident working with Apple/iCloud Drive (or similar cloud storage). Initially, I’m looking for someone for one 5–6 hour session to design and set up the system, rather than complete the whole project. The aim is to create a process that can then be repeated for the remaining paperwork. The initial session would involve: * Creating a clear digital folder structure. * Recommending a consistent file naming convention. * Scanning documents into searchable PDFs (OCR). * Advising which documents should be retained as originals and which can be securely destroyed once digitised. * Setting up a simple, sustainable filing system that can be used going forward. There are approximately 2–3 large bags of accumulated paperwork, including household, financial, school and general family documents. Confidential waste disposal has already been arranged, so there is no requirement to shred documents yourself. Please only apply if you have experience with this type of work, for example as a professional organiser, PA, executive assistant, office administrator or records management professional. Experience setting up digital filing systems for clients is highly desirable.
