Hi, I’m looking to upgrade my PC and was wondering if you could help me with installing the parts. My current CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 4500, and I would like to upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D. My motherboard is an ASRock A520M-HVS, and I currently have 16GB of DDR4 RAM. From what I’ve researched, the Ryzen 7 5800X3D should be compatible with my motherboard. I understand that I would also need a new CPU cooler, as my current cooler may not be suitable for the upgrade. I would purchase the CPU and cooler myself, then send my PC to you along with the new parts for installation. Could you please let me know whether this is possible, how much the installation would cost, and whether you could check that the cooler fits my case? Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

My self-built gaming PC (built September 2026) has an intermittent power problem. I need someone to come to my home in Hendon NW4 (on-site only, no remote access please). As soon as possible, I'm available any day. Specs: Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite WiFi7, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, 64GB DDR5 Kingston Fury Beast, RTX 5080, be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 1200W. Symptoms: while the PSU is switched on, the PC sometimes shuts off by itself and then won't turn back on. Other times it turns on, cuts off and restarts several times. Right now it won't start at all: only one light on the motherboard is on, nothing else lights up and the power button does nothing. It has come back a couple of times in the past after unplugging all the rear cables. What I need: - Please bring a test PSU (ATX 3.x with 12V-2x6) and ideally a spare DDR5 stick - Find the faulty part (PSU, motherboard, RAM or a cable/device) - A short written report if the PSU is faulty, for a warranty claim with the retailer - Tidy cable management inside the case at the same time (NZXT H9 Flow case) Please quote a fixed price for the diagnosis plus the cable management.
