Seeking someone who can clean my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment and be available roughly once a month in an ongoing capacity. It's kept quite clean and the main areas of focus are dust. Will need vacuuming and wiping / dusting of hard surfaces. Cleaning of floors. Second bathroom is used infrequently and doesn't require much effort. Main bathroom requires focus please (shower properly cleaned). Need somebody who can arrive early in the morning (between 7:30-8AM) so I can let them in and then leave for work. Should have own equipment (what I have is limited). I'm not looking for an arrangement where a different cleaner attends on different occasions. I want to identify one person who does the job to the appropriate standard and use them ongoing please. This is important - please don't make an offer if you run multiple staff.
