We need an experienced exterior-cleaning (pressure?) washing specialist to deep-clean a narrow external alleyway and exterior wrought-iron railings at a school in SW11 2 September before the school opens 3 September. Photographs attached showing the alley, and two lengths of iron railings. Required work for the alleyway and iron-railings - Remove litter, leaves and loose debris. - Sweep thoroughly before washing. - Pull or scrape out obvious weeds from edges and paving joints. - low-odour product where necessary. - Wash and clean all the dirt off the window sills, cobwebs up high, and ironworks - a pressure washer might be able to use but the brickwork is old and cannot be pressure washed directly. Pressure washer will need prior approval. - Hand-clean edges, corners, steps and thresholds that the machine cannot reach. - Protect doors, electrical fittings, air vents and drains. - Collect dirty silt, debris and standing water rather than simply washing it into the drains. - Leave the alley and railings clean, tidy, safe and as dry as practicable. Provide before-and-after photographs. The Tasker must - bring their all their own equipment and wet floor washing signs - have demonstrable experience of pressure washing or exterior cleaning; - confirm that they have public-liability insurance and provide evidence before arrival; - confirm the cleaning products they intend to use; not use bleach, sodium hypochlorite or another strong chemical without advance approval; - remain within the agreed external work area; complete the job personally and not send an unidentified substitute; - include all labour, equipment, consumables and agreed waste handling in the offer. Please state in your offer: whether you can attend and complete the task tomorrow; timing and duration. the equipment you will bring; your relevant pressure-washing experience; whether you have public-liability insurance; whether you will remove the waste or leave it securely bagged;

Hello! Look for someone to give the back garden a bit of a clean and tidy up. Main job would be to weed and remove vines tidy up the garden and bring it back to a nice re-set. Happy to discuss further privately. I’ve already cleared the main weeds and am looking for someone to make the garden more low-maintenance. The work would include: - Scrape and clean weeds/debris from the patio slab joints - Apply weed treatment - Pressure wash the patio - Refill/repoint the slab joints as appropriate - Prepare the rear soil area - Install weed membrane - Supply and lay gravel - Install suitable edging around the gravel area - Remove any waste generated by the work, if needed I’d want a proper heavy-duty woven/geotextile weed membrane, not thin plastic, and gravel laid at around 40–50mm depth. I would want 10–20mm gravel/chippings. I’ve attached photos showing the current garden and patio area. Please quote for labour and materials, including waste removal where required.

We are looking for someone to fully clear, clean and refresh our patio. What we need done: Remove everything currently on the patio apart from the table and chairs, including: Plants Plant pots Outdoor lights/decorations Any other loose items Power wash the entire patio floor Power wash/clean the patio wall Thoroughly clean the patio, including removing the significant amount of pollen and built-up dirt that has accumulated recently Sweep/rinse away any remaining dirt, pollen and debris so the patio is left completely clean and presentable. We are looking for someone who can provide a proper deep clean rather than just a quick pressure wash. I’m looking for someone to carry out a full garden tidy-up and prepare it so I can gradually improve it myself. I’m not looking for a complete redesign or landscaping project, and I don’t need any flowers or plants supplied or planted. I just want the garden cleaned, tidied, and made ready for planting in the future. The work includes removing all weeds from the flower beds, borders, paving, and around the edges of the concrete. I’d like the soil border along the fence fully weeded, dug over, levelled, and left with clean soil ready for me to plant flowers myself over time. The existing brick edging needs straightening and tidying where it has moved. It doesn’t need replacing, just making neat and level. I’d also like the lawn cut and edged, overgrown areas trimmed back where needed, and all leaves, sticks, and general garden waste cleared away. The paved areas should be swept clean, with weeds removed from between the cracks and edges. If you also offer pressure washing, I’d be happy to receive a separate quote, although it’s not essential. Please remove and dispose of all garden waste once the work is complete, leaving the garden clean and tidy. The aim is simply to restore the garden to a neat, manageable condition, not to completely redesign it. Once it’s cleaned up, I’ll gradually add flowers and plants myself.
