Seeking a highly experienced professional cleaner or cleaning team to complete a thorough, heavy-duty vacate clean for a 4 bedroom, 2 living area, 2 bathroom house in Hampton Park VIC. This property is a deceased estate and is being prepared for new tenants, so the clean must be completed to a very high, real estat ready standard. This is not a basic clean and will require time, attention to detail, and experience with deep, dust-heavy properties. Scope of work: Full vacate / bond clean suitable for leasing Extensive dust removal throughout, including: - Cornices - Air vents / exhaust vents (ladder required) - Light fittings - Fans - Skirting boards and door frames - Very dirty window sills and tracks - Internal windows cleaned - Kitchen (it's a new kitchen so oven does not need a deep clean - it has superficial dirt that needs a good wipe but not a deep clean). Bathrooms: - Old Ensuite needs deep clean (shower, toilets, basin, tiles) - New main bathroom does not require deep clean (just good general clean) - windows and vents in bathrooms need deep clean - All floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped (including inside wardrobes) - Wardrobes wipes down thoroughly and vacuumed - Any visible marks on doors - Laundry Important requirements (please read carefully): This is a dust-heavy, detail-oriented job - please only apply if you are confident with high-reach and deep cleaning. This is very important. End-of-lease / bond cleaning experience is essential You must supply all cleaning products and equipment required although we do have products at the house you are welcome to use (products, buckets, sponges).
