Hello. I am moving from Mildura to Spence ACT and will need a small moving truck unloaded once I arrive in Canberra. I’m looking for a plumber to replace several existing bathroom fittings. I will supply all the new items. Items to be installed: - 2 × wash basin sets (tap handles + gooseneck spout) - 2 × shower tap sets (taps only) - 1 × bath set (tap handles + bath spout) These will replace the existing fittings in the two bathrooms. Both wash basins are the same model. The new sets should hopefully be compatible with the existing basins but I’m not quite sure. See attachments. Set up a vintage phone to ring my mobile via WiFi – no phone line! I run a boutique Airbnb and I want to install a vintage rotary phone that guests can pick up and it rings straight through to my mobile — like real room service! There is no phone line on the property, so it needs to work entirely over WiFi. What I need you to do: • Purchase (I will reimburse) or bring a Grandstream HT801 ATA adapter • Purchase (I will reimburse) a pulse-to-tone converter (e.g. Dialgizmo) if needed for a rotary phone • Set up a SIP/VoIP account with an Australian provider (e.g. MyNetFone) — I will pay for the plan • Configure everything so that when my vintage phone receiver is lifted, it rings my mobile • Ideally, set it so lifting the receiver auto-connects without needing to dial • Test it works reliably before you leave • Walk me through anything I need to know to maintain it The property has standard NBN WiFi. The vintage phone has a standard RJ-11 jack (or can be adapted). I am not technical so please be patient and explain things simply. I just need it to work like magic!

Repair my split system in our living area. Split system was working perfectly fine and all of a sudden showed an Error Code - E1. I have attempted to turn off power at switchboard and turn back on. The split system turns back on and starts to work, then approximately 5 minutes later the same error code shows up and it stops functioning.
