I am writing to enquire about a chef and 1 waiter staff for an on-site BBQ service for a group of 27 adults and 13 children. We are interested in traditional Aussie style BBQ with sausages, hamburgers, chicken skewers etc with bbq prawns. Open to other suggestions Ideally, we would like the chef to provide his own BBQ for the day. In addition, could you also support with the setup and supply of a small grazing table? The proposed date is Sunday 5th October, with a start time of 1:00pm. Please let me know if you require any further and interested in supporting this enquiry. Prices a negotiable so will put $10. Also I can provide meat if needed to.

I’m looking for an bartender / mixologist to work at my birthday BBQ party on the rooftop of my apartment building. Event Details: • Date: Saturday, 27 September • Time: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM • Guests: ~10 people (all around 30 years old) What’s Provided: • All alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, and cocktail tools • A menu of 7 classic cocktails for you to prepare • Rooftop bar space • Food from the BBQ to keep you going (you're not required to cook) Your Role: • Help set up the bar area before guests arrive • Mix and serve cocktails from the provided menu • Rinse/clean glasses during the event so we can keep drinking • Be personable and chat with guests (it’s a casual, friendly party) • Help tidy up the bar area and bottles at the end Dress Code: Neat but casual – jeans and a t-shirt are fine. Ideally someone who currently works in a bar or has strong bartending experience, is enthusiastic about cocktails, and wants to pick up an extra private shift.
