I need a quote to treat a small area of subfloor affected by pet urine. The old carpet has already been completely removed. Details: • One retreat room • Carpet already removed • Small, localised area of subfloor previously affected by pet urine • Area was lightly sanded a few days ago • Mostly dry now, but still slightly damp • No structural damage – treatment is for odour/moisture only Scope of work: 1. Inspect and treat the affected subfloor area (please explain the treatment method you would use – e.g. odour-blocking sealer, enzyme treatment, drying, etc.) 2.
