Responsibilities: • Review architectural plans, floor finishes schedules, and construction documents. • Accurately measure and calculate the total square meterage or lineal meterage for various flooring types. • Organise takeoff data clearly (Excel or PDF formats preferred). • Identify and separate different floor finish zones (e.g. carpet in bedrooms, vinyl in wet areas, etc.). • Meet project deadlines and communicate any missing information or queries.
