Drill and securely hang one mirror to the wall (must be toddler-safe, please bring your own drill, screws, and wall plugs). Remove a wooden drawer unit (a frame with drawers inside), a light fixture, and some odd bits of wood and planks and take them to the dump. Important details: I am in a 2nd-floor flat with no lift. The drawer unit isn't extremely heavy, but you must be comfortable carrying it down two flights of stairs. You will need a vehicle large enough to transport the drawer unit.

The front door latch comes loose, the two screws holding the unit in place are going into threaded wood so they come loose regularly. Screwing them back in just fixes it in place temporarily. Similarly, the swing bar lock was screwed into threaded wood and has now come off completely. It cannot be screwed back in and is not useable. I would like to know whether these can be fixed.

Cutting and fitting a new bottom trim to a window Using an electric sander (I can supply) to remove varnish and sealant from two counter tops, fixing any minor imperfections with wood filler, applying oil (2 coats) and new sealant as required Painting one room, walls only (4x3m) Recognise that drying times will require repainting / applying oil on day 2/3

I have a wooden floor that has been damaged by a small leak/spill of Mr Muscle drain unblocker. The affected area has become dull, discoloured and turned slightly white after being wiped with water.
