Im located in Springwood 2777 nsw ,I’m wanting to get some rabbit banks built. Dimensions would roughly be 140 cm high, 115 cm wide and 70 cm deep for the two conjoined banks. Marine ply would need to be used for the floor of each bank (2) only. Built in with a fly screen, and wheels aswell onto the rabbit bank. Material’s / wood , won’t be supplied but i will cover any expensive for the materials needed. And also delivery will be included into the cost as I would like the rabbit bank to be built at your preferred home / location and then delivered to me once complete.

I have a settlement in 24 hours. A major settlement crack was identified in the pre-purchase report. The owner (a builder) has recticfied the broken bricks as as per the picture attached. I need a qualified Structural Engineer or licensed Building Inspector to review the 'before and after' photos and provide a technical opinion on whether this meets Western Australian Standards or if it is a cosmetic patch. Must be able to provide a brief written summary of findings today. Also, need to know if this is the way to rectify or need to replace the cracked bricks instead. The vendor is a builder by himself so could we ask any structural warranty on the major defect repair?
