I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner to transform my home office into something similar to the attached inspiration photos. I’d prefer someone to come out and provide a quote first, measure the room, and advise on the best materials and layout before any work starts. The work will likely include: * Supply and installation of acoustic wood slat wall panels (oak/walnut style) * Creating a full-height feature wall behind the desk * Concealed warm white LED strip lighting around the panel edges * Installation of 2 floating shelves * Advice on the best placement and sizing * Neat cable management where possible * Professional finish with all fixings hidden I’d like all materials supplied, including: * Acoustic slat panels * Timber trims (if required) * LED strip lights, diffuser channels and transformer * Floating shelves * Any fixings and consumables The room is in a new-build property with plasterboard walls. Please only apply if you’ve completed similar feature walls before. Photos of previous work would be appreciated. Location: Worcester (WR2) I’d like someone to visit first to discuss ideas, take measurements and provide a fixed quotation.

I'm looking for an experienced carpenter or kitchen fitter to design and install bespoke storage above my washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility room. The storage needs to fit neatly under a sloping staircase ceiling, so it will require custom sizing rather than off-the-shelf furniture. The job would include: Visiting to measure the space (or working from my measurements) Recommending the best design Supplying and installing the cabinetry (or advising on materials if I purchase them) Installing wall-mounted cabinets on the higher section Creating shelving or custom cupboards to follow the staircase slope Matching the style and colour as closely as possible to the existing shaker-style utility cabinets Ensuring the cabinets are securely fixed and suitable for a utility/laundry room I'd also be interested in: Soft-close doors LED strip lighting underneath the cabinets (optional) Maximising storage while keeping the worktop clear
