I need an experienced Xero bookkeeper or accountant to fix reconciliation and clearing account issues in my Xero file. Australian business, GST registered. Current setup includes Xero (AU edition), Square POS, Rezdy booking platform, and Amaka integration between Square and Xero. We use a Square clearing account called SQ-000000 – Square Balance. Issue: Rezdy creates invoices in Xero and Square (via Amaka) posts payments to the Square clearing account. The clearing account does not reconcile to zero and I suspect duplicated or misapplied payments. There are approximately 107 transaction lines in the Square clearing account dating back to early November. For someone experienced with Xero integrations and Square clearing accounts, I estimate this should take approximately 3–4 hours to diagnose and correct. What I need done: Review the Xero file and integrations Identify the cause of the imbalance Correct reconciliations and clearing account balances Confirm GST treatment is correct Provide guidance to prevent this happening again You must have strong experience with Xero cleanup and reconciliation, Square and Xero clearing accounts, and Australian GST/BAS requirements. This is not a data entry job. Please only respond if you have fixed similar integration issues before. When replying, briefly outline similar work you have completed and your estimated time to complete this task. Remote access will be provided via Xero user permissions.
