There will be no transfer of property or other dutiable assets - we’re just setting up a new family trust and corporate trustee. Sit with me with a friendly coffee in person or over video call to do the following, using Xero software. I am winding up my Pty Ltd business but wish to keep it open, but will have some questions as we go and will need explanations as we go through the process together. I have no idea what this would cost so I’ve put $400 as an estimate, given all are simple tasks and it shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours total I imagine, so hope this information is helpful. We are a small Perth-based civil contracting business seeking a Project Cost Controller / Project Controls Officer to assist on a part-time, ongoing basis. This role is focused on day-to-day cost control across multiple small civil projects. You will collate daily costs and track them against project budgets, helping us identify any variances early. Key Tasks: • Collate and record daily project costs (labour, plant, materials, subcontractors). • Track costs against budgets using spreadsheets or simple cost-control tools. • Provide regular cost updates and flag any budget issues. Ideal Candidate: • Experience in cost control, project controls, or construction finance (civil/construction preferred). • Strong attention to detail and good Excel/spreadsheet skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
