I’m seeking an experienced Australian-based accountant to assist with the setup of a discretionary family trust (with an existing company acting as trustee) to support long-term investment and future property purchase. This is for asset protection, tax minimisation, and intergenerational wealth planning. I already operate a business through the company, and would like advice on whether it’s best to attach the trust to this company or establish a separate structure.
