We’re looking for a bookkeeper to join our growing resale business on an ongoing basis — ideally available on the 1st of each month. Our business helps clients sell their pre-loved furniture, fashion, and homewares online. We report to clients monthly with a summary of their sales and transfer their earnings. We’re looking for someone who can: • Pull monthly sales data from our existing Google Sheets (already well-structured) • Prepare simple client reports showing what’s sold and the total commission • Cross-check figures and ensure everything balances before payments go out • Suggest ways to streamline and automate parts of this process

Spreadsheet Expert Needed – Custom Reporting & Data Automation for Resale Business We’re seeking an experienced Google Sheets or Excel expert to refine and improve a large existing spreadsheet that tracks all sales for our fast-growing resale business. We’ve been using this spreadsheet, which contains much historical data, for over a year. As our business expands, we need someone who can optimise it for efficiency, accuracy, and smarter reporting. Key tasks: • Build a function or dashboard to calculate average sale prices for specific item categories (e.g. “outdoor settings,” “designer shoes,” etc.), so we can quickly benchmark new listings and check if our pricing is aligned. • Create a monthly reporting system that automatically generates each client’s sales summary from the spreadsheet on the 1st of every month, ready to send out seamlessly (ideally formatted clearly and cleanly for email or PDF). What we’re after: • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic ranges, conditional formatting, data validation). • Experience setting up automated reports and dashboards. • Ability to streamline and future-proof an existing data system without breaking what already works. • Understanding small business workflows — particularly in e-commerce or resale — is a bonus. Deliverables: • Average pricing dashboard or lookup function. • Automated monthly client sales report system. • Suggest improving data structure or formulas to make the sheet more scalable.
