We're planning to build an elevated deck connecting our house and garage. Initial DWG drawings have been submitted and now additional info has been requested by Council. What we need: 1. Drawings to be more comprehensive 2. Elevations from all angles 3. A lot more dimensions on the plan - how far deck is from boundaries etc. 4. Plans drawn in context of buildings around - how proposed deck will impact neighbours' properties within 4-5m of deck / boundary Drawings to satisfy Bayside Council planning permit requirements, and I will supply all measurements, initial DWG drawings and detail as required.

I need someone to build a small athletics starting block sled. They are impossible to find in Australia so looking to get one made. All very simple and can organise dimensions from a similar one online. Will involve sourcing the materials, welding together and then a cost of paint. Okay Isaac before you left after you installed my Aircon I did ask you is this right as it didn’t look right and I felt like it was just a shortcut to a job that could’ve been done a lot more professionally. I’m extremely annoyed and I think it is super important that you get in contact with me and fix this immediately. It is not fair to me or my daughter who had the Aircon system fall on her head and me who is struggling mum pay 750 to have it professionally installed to then be given her a half ass job that has caused more problems than I ever intended to. I mean how can you explain the system coming off and hitting my daughter in the head ? That is just a no-no not to mention all the water that leaks all over the front of my veranda and I’ve had multiple people nearly slipped on it please do the right thing. You’re truly Maree Leslie.

I need a wooden display board made. It is a two panel foldable display board. It will hold little cards on the inside cavity of each panel which I will put in. It needs to go in the boot of my car, and it should look nice. It should be wooden or wood look, with varnish or presentation quality finish. I've attached a photo of the old one so you can see what I'm after. It just needs to be a little bigger and newer for better presentation. Interested in building a deck with verandah in the backyard. Deck will be 4000mm x 3250mm and 180mm high. Roof will be 3130mm high from the ground and attached to first floor balcony. Roof will be solid, ideally with a clear skylight in a couple positions to allow for light to pass through. I have already lodged and paid for a planning permit application with Kingston Council; however they have returned with a list of demands that would be better fulfilled by a qualified person (e.g. elevation diagrams, shadow diagrams).
