Just not a completely completely cluttered and dirty background. Attire / Appearance Presentable, clean but casual. No formal corporate attire, but at the same time no baggy sweats. Style Expressive, energetic and confident Sound Check sound. There should not be excessive background noise. Would be amazing if you have a mic you can use (not the massive concert/karaoke ones. The ones used for vlogging). Not a must at all Video 4k resolution (almost all modern smartphones have 4k) 9:16 aspect ratio (vertical) 30fps (frames per second). Adjustable on almost all modern phones Try to hold camera as steadily as possible. Refilm if there are excessive jerks / camera movements. Shouldn’t and doesn’t need to be cinematic perfect

I’m seeking a draftsperson/building designer to prepare full documentation and manage the process to “build-ready” for a 6.0 m × 3.0 m single storey room addition to my single storey brick veneer home in Frankston North. Project summary • Addition: 6.0 × 3.0 m (18 m²), single storey, roof: insulated Colorbond roof panels. • Use: rumpus / bedroom. • Attachment: will adjoin existing rooms — existing external brick walls and windows at the attachment point will be removed. • House: brick veneer on stumps, aluminium sliding windows, not heritage listed. • Site/soil: sandy soil. Addition will approach the boundary ~1.0–1.5 m from the fence. • Please allow for any footing/stump detail appropriate for sandy soil and boundary setbacks. 2. Concept sketch and one revision. 3. Permit ready working drawings for building permit (plans, elevations, sections, details). 4. Coordination and inclusion of structural engineering documentation (or indicate if that is extra). 5. Energy/insulation compliance report (NatHERS/BASIX-equivalent compliance details or Victorian required documentation). 6. Preparation and lodgement of planning permit (only if required) and building permit documentation, liaising with building surveyor to allow issue of building permit. 7. Coordination of any specialist reports required (e.g., soil/footing advice) — state whether included or excluded. 8. Reasonable revisions during the permit process until permit issue. 9. Provide drawings in PDF and CAD (DWG) formats. • Fixed total price to build stage (inclusive of the items above) and an itemised breakdown of costs for each scope item. • Any exclusions and likely additional costs (e.g., separate soil report, survey, additional engineering). • Estimated timeline from acceptance to permit ready drawings and then to permit issue. • Whether you are registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) and your registration number. • Proof of professional indemnity insurance and public liability.

Manufacture 4 cabinets (3 of Design A provided, 1 of Design B provided). These display cabinets will be used to display and sell stock at markets and shopping centres. - Basic designs provided as a starting point. There is scope for you to refine and/or alter these where necessary to fit purpose. - Approx measurements provided. To be refined by you, taking into account practical elements (such as lockable under-counter storage - not illustrated in images provided) - Cabinets are designed to be easily transported by a pallet jack. - General aesthetic visual/design/feel = Horizontal slat-walled wooden cabin. - The exterior of each cabinet will each incorporate a framed inset securable display box/window. Please factor in the window framing shown in the design, and probably a clear acrylic window (no glass). The roof and central back wall of this inset box incorporates into shelving on the interior side. - Designs show individual slats stop 300mm from top, leaving an intentionally larger piece of wood for signage. - Regarding material selection, factors to consider should take into account: overall weight considerations, suitable structural function, durability, safety, aesthetics, and construction material price. - Please include Painting / treatment suitable for maximum outdoor durability. Must be in metro Adelaide. Transportation after construction would be nice, but is not essential.
