Kitchen has a crack where the original Victorian build joins the old extension. Needs a joint made and bead to attach on one side of the crack. Living room has multiple cracks? Needs a hesbia bar inserted across (1/2 m beyond the cracks) where mortar usually is. Have been advised flexible silicone where horizontal cracks are. I have two videos of the area to make it clearer.

I want my pillars outside bricked up. Each pillar is 2 bricks width and 12 bricks height will take roughly 24 bricks. Also need my laundry door bricked up which is 3bricks width and 25 brick height. So around 150 bricks as it’s a double wall. I have bricks for the pillars but you need to bring the bricks for laundry door, cement and sand. Supply and install.

Hello, I'm seeking a quote from a licensed bricklayer/ builder to rebuild a small damaged section of a driveway boundary wall in Waitara (NSW 2077). The wall was impacted by my car. The scope is like-for-like reinstatement only to match the existing wall - no redesign, no upgrades, and no over-specification. Works would generally include: - Removal of loose/damaged masonry - Rebuilding the affected section to match existing construction and finish - Leaving the area neat and tidy This is a strata property, so the quote will need to include: - Scope of works - Builder/contractor licence details -Public liability insurance details I am paying personally and am looking for the most cost-effective compliant solution. Help repairing this hole that goes all the way through. Please outline what is recommended to be done to fix this hole e.g. 4x blockwork removed, replaced and re-mortared vs just a repair mortar suitable for arris rebuilding to rebuild the corners of the block and repoint mortar joints around the rebuilt corners?
