I am laying concrete sleepers as garden edging and need a few sleepers cut. I’d need someone with a brick saw to cut the sleepers. They will all be marked out and ready to cut. Estimate this to be a 2 hour job for someone who has experience using a brick saw.

Scope of Work (Summary) - Remove and dispose of internal ceiling lining above the damaged northern wall to expose rafters for brickwork removal (approx. 6 lm × 1 m). - Remove, store, and reinstall external soffit lining and gutter line adjacent to the damaged southern and eastern walls (approx. 0.4 m × 6 lm). - Install temporary propping using five (5) Acrow props (or equivalent) to support the top plate, roof, and rafters during demolition and reconstruction. Props to remain for a minimum of seven (7) days or until engineer approval. - Carefully demolish damaged brickwork to the underside of the top plate, including five (5) brick piers and infill wall (approx. 6 m × 2.5 m high). - Allow for replacement of non-compliant wall ties with stainless steel ties in accordance with Australian Standards. - Rebuild the affected southern and eastern walls, including brick piers and infill, to match existing brickwork, mortar, and finish. - Reinstate truss restraint ties where required. - Rebuild articulation joints adjacent to windows in accordance with Australian Standards. - Install DPC, flashing, and weep holes as required by relevant standards. - Remove temporary propping once structural stability is confirmed, clean brickwork with water only, remove debris, reinstate finishes, and leave the site clean. I replaced a curve colonial style window with a rectangular one, now I need to fix up the bricks. As you’ll see from the photos attached you’ll only need to replace about 12 bricks in total. I have a lot of spare bricks to choose from, they’ll probably just need some acid wash as they’ve been behind the shed for a while.
