I need a bricklayer to repoint cracked mortar and repair a cracked brick on one corner of a brick veneer house in Picnic Point (2216). This is the only area of the house with cracking — it's isolated to a single corner section of external brickwork below the weatherboard cladding line. Scope of work: Grind out and repoint cracked/deteriorated mortar joints (approx 1–1.5m vertical run through stepped mortar joints) Repair or fill one cracked brick (crack runs through the brick itself) Colour-match mortar as closely as possible to existing (brown/tan toned brickwork) Clean up any excess mortar and leave a neat finish Important details: Property is being prepared for sale, so presentation quality matters — this needs to look clean and well-matched, not just patched Ground-level work, no scaffolding or ladder access needed Photos attached show the full extent of the work I can provide flexible access to the property (weekdays preferred, Thursdays and Fridays ideal) What I need from you: Fixed price quote based on the photos Confirmation you can colour-match mortar to existing brickwork Brief description of your approach (repointing method, what you'll use on the cracked brick) Photos of similar previous repointing work you've done

We need to have 7x holes drilled into the bricks to put in 7anchor/screws. 4x holes drilled to the top brick on the location on 1st photo 3x holes drilled to the top brick on the location on 2nd photo The anchors are 6mm (3rd photo) A ladder would be needed to reach the top brick areas (Single storey house). Appropriate drill/drill bits to drill into brick/masonry would also be required.

I need to remove 2 courses of brick to raise the height of an access penetration (Double Doorway) between two adjacent buildings; approx 250mm high x 1600mm width. One building wall is 125mm precast panel to be drilled in corners and cut and the other wall is a double leaf brick wall, that requires 2 course removed and two steel lintels installed (150x90x8). Leintels to be epoxy painted or galv. Mortor to be used around lintels once installed, all rubbish to be removed. Brick walls to be "Acrow" propped whilst lintel is installed, refer to drawing attached. Note: - work to be completed after hours, preferably on a Sunday.
