This task suits a handyman or someone with experience repairing washing machines. I have a Bosch washing machine that needs some muscle - but not too much! It's currently showing an error 13 which I've seen before. This usually indicates the drain filter is blocked which should be an easy fix as all you do is unscrew the pump from the front, remove debris and you're done. Thing is, mine is jammed and while it moves a bit, I am too pathetically weak to get it open. I've tried a couple of tools but with my skill level, if I keep trying I will absolutely break it. This has happened before and a friend managed to get it open, but it was a battle. So I need someone with the right tool and just enough muscle and patience to get it open without destroying it. It might take you a minute or an hour or I accept that it might not open at all.
