Event Waitstaff with Bartending Experience – Private BBQ We are seeking a professional, friendly, and proactive individual to assist at a private BBQ event. Date & Time: 2:30pm to approximately 7:30pm $40 per hour Role Responsibilities: • Serve wine, champagne, beer, water, and soft drinks • Prepare two simple cocktails: margarita and caipirinha • Collect and clear dirty glasses and plates • Rinse dishes and run the dishwasher as required • General tidying and cleaning throughout the event • Assist with topping up food and supporting the BBQ chef if needed • Ensure guests’ drinks are topped up and that they are well looked after • Provide basic canapé service Requirements: • Current RSA certification • Previous experience in both bartending and wait service • Professional, personable, and proactive attitude • Ability to work independently and manage the drinks service confidently If you are enthusiastic about providing excellent service in a relaxed yet professional environment, we would love to hear from you.

Wedding of 160 guests, in an open paddock on private property in Marong, Victoria. October 4th 2025. Open Fire / Charcoal Cooking Meat & Vegetables Spit cooking experience - Lamb, Pig & Chicken Looking for an experienced even chef (or three) for a 160 person wedding. We are looking to have 3- 4 spits - lamb, pig & chicken - so experience cooking meat on a spit is essential. Vegetables cooked on open fire / BBQ also needed. Cooking / carving will be done on site, in the open (but covered) in front of guests. There will be cold sides prepared by an outside catering company & there will be some bar/wait staff, although, guests will serve themselves, with no set eating time. All meat, vegetables, spit & cooking equipment & necessary supplies will be provided. $65 an hour, negotiable. Willing to discuss compensation for travel.
