Remove existing skirting board from two perpendicular wall sections (approx. 240cm and 90cm) meeting at an internal corner, and install new skirting (full board supplied by me). Requirements: - Corner joint must be a mitred joint, angle-matched to the actual corner. - Full length flush to both wall and floor — no visible gaps behind or below. Any minor gaps to be filled/caulked, not disguised with thick sealant beads. - Old skirting removed cleanly without damaging plaster behind (patch/make good if damage occurs). - Off-cuts and debris can be left on-site, but work area to be left clean and tidy (vacuumed/swept) on completion. Please quote for labour only, based on the above.

Need 12 meteres squared tiles with porcelain tile 600mm x600mm. 5meters squared is for floor and tile backer board needs to be fitted on the floor. 7m2 is for the walls. Previous tiler did not do a good job on the other walls.please only take the job if you can cut porcelain tile. Sink and toilet needs to be removed - personally don’t mind if you tile around it I have no issue a lot of tilers say they have to remove them. I think it’s a job that can be done in a day max two days. Previous tiler left big gaps and tiling wasn’t straight I don’t want to redo it as I haven’t got the budget. £550 is my max budget on this I do have more of the bathroom that needs to be done after this but I need to be able to trust with this parts aswell. We can discuss the other parts of the bathroom in person but I need this done first

Airtasker Task – Sunroom & Kitchen Refurbishment (South Croydon) Location: South Croydon (CR2) I am looking for two experienced Airtaskers (or a small team) to complete a refurbishment of my sunroom and adjoining kitchen. Scope of Work Supply and install laminate flooring to the sunroom and kitchen (approximately 21 m²) with insulated underlay. Box in the exposed internal brickwork and install insulation behind before finishing. Replace 1–3 cracked/leaking roof panels, including replacing seals where required to stop leaks. Prepare all internal surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling and making good, then repaint all walls, ceilings, timberwork and boxed-in areas with a good quality finish. Seal all gaps and draughts around windows, doors, roof panels and skirting boards to improve insulation and weatherproofing. Leave the work area clean and tidy on completion. Property Sunroom: 1.63 m × 6.77 m Kitchen: 3.49 m × 2.87 m Total floor area is approximately 21 m². Requirements Experience with laminate flooring, carpentry, decorating and general refurbishment. Able to complete all work to a good standard. Please provide examples/photos of similar work completed. Please confirm whether you can supply materials or labour only (I am happy to purchase materials if preferred). Timescale Preferred team: Two Airtaskers working together. Estimated duration: 3–5 working days. Available working days: Tuesday to Thursday and weekends, with all work to be completed before 14 August. I would like luxury vinyl flooring laid down in my bathroom. I will renovate the bathroom eventually but would like the flooring as a temporary measure for a few months. It is luxury vinyl and is a click system with built in underlay. I have already had it laid down in my hallway and kitchen. Do not need skirting boards removed. You will need to bring an electric saw if you have one to cut the wood to shape it. A friend is moving in on 8th August so need it to be done before then. I don’t work on Monday mornings or Wednesday and can be free at weekends. I will attach photos of the flooring and the bathroom. There is ply wood already laid down . The bathroom measures approximately 233cm X 65cm Then around the sink it is 130cm x 100cm. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

We want to renovate our living room - I have a picture of the living room currently and I have a picture of what we would like it to look like. We would like to remove and replace the skirting. We also have a border that goes around the top of the walls that we would like to remove. Overall, we want the wall to be completely smooth and ready for painting. We also have a chimney breast that sticks out in the living room and on that wall we would like to do wooden panelling if that is something you are able to do, as well as mount the TV onto that wall.
