I am looking for an experienced awning / shade sail installer to install a fabric sail canopy over a driveway (single car space), similar to the attached reference photo. This is NOT a mesh shade and NOT a hard roof. Design requirements: - Waterproof fabric / PVC architectural shade sail - One side fixed to the house eave / fascia - The other side supported by TWO steel posts positioned close to the fence（ soil land） - Posts must NOT obstruct vehicle access - Installed with sufficient fall to allow rainwater runoff - Clean, professional finish required I would like TWO quotes: 1) Supply + install (including fabric sail and steel posts) 2) Install only (labour only), as I may purchase materials myself Approximate size: - Width: around 3.5m - Length: around 4.5–5.5 m Location: Castle Hill NSW A site visit to measure and advise on the best setup is preferred. Free quote preferred. Please include your experience with waterproof shade sails or awnings. Photos of similar previous work are welcome.

I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out. I have no idea what to charge but this will be a quick job for someone not freaked out by pigeons.

We’ve recently had bifold doors installed and have purchased an awning to position above it (already delivered). When the doors are open, they protrude at a measurement of 925mm. There’s really no room to fix it above the doors other than the roof rafters. Awning Details: Automatic Retractable Awning 3x2.5m - Grey Outdoor Wall Sunshade. Looking for an experienced installer to fit our De’Longhi Pinguino Care4Me 3.3 kW Portable Air Conditioner (PACEX130CSTWIFI) into our office. From our understanding, this unit does not include a window kit, so the job will involve closing off part of a large awning (top-hinged - photo attached) window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat, secure and non-permanent (renting) finish appropriate for an office environment. You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. If the installation is successful and the unit runs well, we will be purchasing an additional unit and will require a second installation.
