We have three retatractable cassette awnings and two have had a recent power cut that has 1) unpaired one of the remotes and 2) our wind sensor self retracting awnings is continually retracting itself about 30 minutes after we extended it . Whilst we have followed somfy guidelines for jogging and resetting all attempts have failed and we now require a professional that is familiar with somfy brand to reset the programs on these two awnings.

I have a two Bunnings Retractable Awnings 3x2m which I'd like to install onto the roof of my Garage. I've build up the awning and I only need the brackets installed - likey to be onto the roof beams/rafters which intersect into the facia/gutter? So its 4 x brackets. Hi Brisbane Awning Installalers, We need help with installing 3 folding arm awnings at our place in Victoria Point. Awning details: Awning #1 - 3.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #2 - 5.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #3 - 3.5m wide x 2.5m projection Attached photo of the house where 5m wide awning to go in the middle section and 3m wide and 3.5m wide awnings on either side. Awning #1 is already installed on the fascia using rafter fascia brackets. However we realise it would be better to have them a but higher, so we need this awning to be installed on roof mount brackets so that it is installed on the roof for having more height. Also, other two awnings will need to be mounted on the roof using roof mount brackets. Listing price is just for the purpose of to have installer come out to have a look and provide a proper quote before going ahead. I have attached the photo of the Awning#1 that's already installed, the other two awnings will be the same but in different sizes as mentioned above. Also attached a picture of roof mount brackets for reference and photo of the side of the house where awnings needs to be installed. Please note: we are sourcing our awnings, so we only need help with installation and maybe with roof brackets but happy to consider going with the ones a per suggestion for our situation. Thanks

I need an experience person to install this awning on a hebel wall. The stud is quite deep inside and may need a longer screws and a timber may require to hang the awning. This is a big awning given the depth 1.2m and full aluminium it is very heavy around 30-40kg. This awning is to cover the solar battery therefore it must be hang correctly cannot be blowed away by wind. Otherwise it will be very dangerous. The picture you saw was with a plastic small awning. This awning sitting in the grass is almost double the size. The existing one need to taken down and put the aluminium one on.
