I need a Rennovation of the Kiosk . Things to be done : wall plastering and application of new wall tiles . Laying new floor tiles down ( current tiles have been removed ) , fitting a sink, finishing off ceiling ,fixing shop sign, changing awning material, finishing the extrior door painting, installing worktops and a front counter ( front till ) I have more photos and videos on request. I need the builder / builders to be ready to start from Monday / Tuesday next week. Also note electrical work will be done be electrician already

I am looking for tradespeople to install an existing 5-metre motorised retractable awning with a Somfy motor at my property in East Dulwich (SE22). The awning has been kindly offered to us by a neighbour who is having an extension built and is currently still installed at their property, although it will be removed shortly. Our property is a 1920s terraced house with a solid brick rear wall. I have bought an electric awning that is 4 metres wide and 75kg in weight. It needs fitting above my patio doors at the rear of my house. The fitter will need at least 1 other person with them due to weight and size of the item, potentially 2 more. They will also need at least 2 sets of ladders tall enough to reach 2.5-2.75m up. The awning also needs to be wired to an existing cable for power. Attached are pics of where it is to be fitted, and the awning in its packaging. I am looking for an experienced handyman or blind/awning installer to help shade my west-facing flat balcony to protect from the summer heatwaves. Because I rent the property, the solution must be cause zero damage to the building facade. My balcony ceiling features exposed structural metal beams/joists, and the bottom is a standard metal railing. I would like a professional to come out, inspect the metal beams, verify the exact measurements needed, and help me decide on the best retractable product to buy (such as a beam-clamp vertical roller blind or a telescopic awning). Once the product arrives, I will have you back to carry out the installation. Requirements: - Must have experience with outdoor blinds, awnings, or balcony setups. - Must bring your own tools, measuring tapes, and appropriate ladders for overhead work. - Experience with temporary, damage-free clamping or tension mechanisms is a massive plus.
