I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to design and build a custom tarp/cover for a camping trailer. The cover needs to be made from heavy-duty PVC (minimum 600GSM) and will cover five sides of the trailer: top, front, back, and both long sides. The bottom remains open. The trailer has a rooftop tent and an awning mounted, so fit and durability are essential. The tarp must include zippered access panels on both long sides for access to side compartments. The cover must be weatherproof, durable and camping-ready. Scope of Work: Supply all materials, including heavy-duty 600GSM+ PVC and heavy-duty zippers. Fabricate and install a fitted cover with the following dimensions: Top: 1800mm x 2300mm Front and Back: 1800mm x 1900mm Left and Right Sides: 1900mm x 2400mm Bottom: Open Add 2 x vertical zips per long side (4 total): Each zip to start from the bottom and run 1500mm vertically Each zip to be 100mm in from the side edge Zips must be heavy-duty, suitable for regular outdoor use

We are closing in the carport area and are looking to give the front of the house a facelift. We want to match tour new windows (monument grey) with colourbond steal paneling. We like rich timber accents, a deep red door and facia (maybe). Leaving brickwork areas as is. Also need a window for the new closed in area on ground floor. The basic front of the house is to remain flat excluding the recess/return for the front door. Pic 1 is current facade while Pic 2 is incorporating some of our design ideas (not happy with it though). Note the supports on the ground floor limit placement of windows. Looking for a few different options

I am looking for someone to draw a custom designed small house/granny flat. The specifics are below. 100m2 Habitable area (this is important!!) 1) 2 bedrooms (Main bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom) 2) open plan dining/lounge/kitchen area 3) small internal kitchen area 4) bathroom, (shower/toilet) 5) as much as cupboards space as possible 6) attached two car carport (enclosed on 3 sides) - Laundry to be at back of in the carport - 6m opening for a double roller door later on 7) Verandahs on at least 2 sides 8)Outdoor Kitchen area under verandah with enclosed sides with full size sink, full size fridge, oven, cook top, external pantry, pizza oven 7) High internal roof 8) External storeroom (this bit is important - the storeroom is to have only an external door shown but if in future an internal doorway was installed than it would have good access to internal shower and toilet).

I need help designing an outdoor area for my place. I'm looking to create a verandah and an outdoor entertaining space, but I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to make it fit proportionally in the area we've set aside, especially with the varying ground heights. Would you be interested in taking a look and helping us design something that works perfectly for the space? We’re hoping to let in plenty of natural light, while also protecting the French doors from the weather. The drawings are already prepared, soil test is under way, and I need this certification as soon as practical to lodge my building application to York Council,WA. Sign off specifics are: Registered engineer in WA to sign off on the following: Concrete slab on ground for single story house as per as2870 Roof and wall steel framing design as per as4600 Statement of compliance to Australian standard 1170.4 for seismic actions Statement of compliance to Australian standard as4055 for wind actions Attached carport, stand Alone carport and attached steel verandah as per as4100 Other services I require are energy rating/ certification and overall certification of the build as a Building Surveyor would do. Can you help with these also? Thank you

we have recently knocked down our back wall and installed bi-folds into the garden. we are looking for someone to draw up a design of what it will look like with a deck, a gable, how it will connect in with the adjacent pool and outdoor patio. I've attached a picture of current house (the 2 windows are now 2 x bi fold doors). i'm extremely clear on what I want, but need to have it drawn up so that i can get buy in from husband and i can give to trades people. i've attached a couple of inspo pics, but i've got a brief drawn up and can provide measurements etc. I've listed price as $5 as a placeholder as I have no idea what this costs, but please provide a realistic estimate. thankyou
