I have a small 1-BHK studio located at my property in Blacktown. Studio is still under renovation. Currently, the studio is powered from the main house electricity meter, and I want to separate the electricity usage for the studio. Existing Setup • Main house has a 3-phase electricity meter • One phase can be allocated for the studio Studio Electrical Load Includes • 10 × downlights • 10 × power points • 1 × oven • 1 × cooktop • 1 × split system air conditioner Scope of Work • Allocate one phase from the existing 3-phase supply • Install a separate sub-meter (reading meter) for the studio • Rewire / redirect the studio circuits to the new sub-meter • Ensure installation is AS compliant • Testing, labelling, and safety checks • Provide Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No separate Ausgrid meter required — but would appreciate if you can let me know how much additional this will cost Requirements • Must provide license number and CoC • Experience with sub-meters and 3-phase systems Budget Around $2,000 Happy to arrange a site visit if required.
