Hi Ricky, my LG fridge (model GS-B680PL) is experiencing cooling problems. The freezer temperature cannot go further than -10 degrees and it fluctuates between -2 to -10. The fridge side seems okay with the temperature around 4 - 5 degrees.

Our fridge is not working properly and we need someone to look at it and see if it’s fixable. It’s an LG french door fridge freezer and while the fridge part is running the freezer doesn’t see to be cold enough. We have run the diagnostic app and it says everything is fine. We have cleaned dust from the coils but that hasn’t fixed the problem.
