Me and my partner are trying to move interstate to Melbourne from the NT. I have University staring in July and he can transfer his work. We keep getting constant rejections and ghosted on emails and text enquiries about places because we are unable to do an inspection or see them in person. We are willing to pay someone, ~$50 per inspection, to do inspections on our behalf until we have a place. We want to cover fuel costs too if it includes driving some distance from your current residency. We currently don`t have a specific inspection in mind and it may be short notice, but we are happy to pay extra for that. It would be really appreciated as we find that living with other people simply doesn`t provide enough space or flexibility for us. additional information to add - suburbs we are looking at are Brunswick and Brunswick East and West, West Footscray and Footscray, Coburg, Ascole Vale and Moonee Ponds. Ideally would like someone relatively close to these places.

I have a pair of trousers that I LOVE but cannot currently wear them. I was hoping to have a new pair made or undergo massive alteration. They are barrel leg, side pockets, size 12. I am a size 6-8. I have attached a photo of the old pair for reference. I have no idea if the material and bits can be recycled for a new pair but if not, I would supply the material (if you tell me how much you need) and am happy to supply all the other bits if needed. Located in Melbourne.

I am looking for someone to help sell clothes online. We have approximately 50 women's garments, occasional mens garments and occasional pairs of shoes. The majority of clothing pieces are from Veronika Maine and Cue. Excellent condition, many unworn, some with tags. You would be responsible for: -Sorting, photographing and listing items on platforms such as Depop, Marketplace or Postmark -Managing offers and messages from buyers -Arranging postage to buyers -Keeping simple records/ tracking document of garments, sales, prices, fees, postage dates etc and providing sales receipts, in order to allow reconciliation of payments. Can pick up garments from our house near Unley, or we can bring them to you. Ideal job for someone who is organised and has experience selling clothes online. Proceeds will be split 30:70 (30% to you, 70% to me). Please get in touch if this is a role that you would be suited to.
