Furniture Listing & Sales Coordinator Needed – £250 Fixed Fee I'm moving home over the next few weeks and am looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to help me sell around 20 quality household furniture items. I've already completed much of the preparation, including professional photographs, a detailed catalogue, descriptions and asking prices. I now need someone to manage the next stage of the process. What I need help with: Visit my home in Claygate, Surrey. Measure each item and record the dimensions. Familiarise yourself with the furniture. Create online listings using the information I've prepared. List the items on suitable platforms (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, eBay). Respond to buyer enquiries. Arrange viewings and collections. Update and remove listings as items are sold. Keep me informed of progress. Important: This is a fixed-fee task (£250). Payment is for your time, organisation and assistance only. It is not commission-based and is payable regardless of how many items are sold. All furniture remains my property. I will approve all prices, make the final decision on offers and receive all payments directly from buyers. About you: Experience using online marketplaces would be an advantage. You should be organised, reliable, have good communication skills and enjoy coordinating projects. I work full-time and am also managing the sale of my current home, the purchase of my new home and the move itself, so I'm looking for someone who can genuinely take this project off my hands and manage it professionally. Ideally, I'd like to have as much of the furniture sold as possible before the end of August.
