Hi there, I’m looking for a qualified nutritionist to create a personalised 7-day meal plan that aligns with my health goals while staying simple, realistic and easy to prep. What I’m after: - Breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks - Dinners designed so leftovers can be used for lunch the next day - Variety in dinners (so that I don't have to eat the same lunch and dinner 7 days straight) - Simple recipes with accessible ingredients, or ready made foods available at the supermarket (for example: Rokeby Shake for a snack) - Easy prep – suitable for a busy lifestyle It’s really important to me that this is tailored to my likes and dislikes, and that you’re open to collaborating on ingredients and recipes rather than sending a generic template plan. I have 3 pairs of jeans that I need to get altered, I need all the crotches to be altered and brought closer to the waist band and minimised so that they have a 2000's low rise look to them. They are all originally low rise, but modern day low rise is way different to 2000's low rise. I also need some of them to be hemmed because they are too long.
