Custom Patch Application – North Face Sherpa Fleece Jacket Objective Transform a North Face Sherpa fleece jacket into a “heated rivalry” style Canada jacket through hand or machine sewn patch application. No fusible or iron-on methods due to fabric composition. Garment North Face Sherpa fleece jacket (customer supplied) Materials provided by client • “Canada” lettering patch • Maple leaf patches (x2, for sleeves) • Canadian flag patch (for front) • Red accent fabric trim (for collar and zip lines) Scope of work 1. Sew “Canada” lettering patch to front chest, positioning to be confirmed with client via photo mockup before stitching 2. Sew one maple leaf patch to each sleeve, matched for height and alignment 3. Sew Canadian flag patch to front panel, placement confirmed with client 4. Apply red fabric trim along neckline seam and along main zip tracks, hand finished for a clean edge • All application must be sewn, not ironed or fused. Sherpa fleece pile does not hold adhesive backing and heat can damage the fabric • Thread colour to match or complement red and white palette • Stitching must be durable enough to withstand regular wear and washing • Edges of patches to be secured flat with no fraying Process • Freelancer to confirm exact placement via photos or markup before starting • Freelancer to advise if reinforcement backing is needed given Sherpa pile thickness • Finished garment to be returned via tracked delivery Timeline To be agreed. It's a student film I need a Luton Van w/ lift from tomorrow 7:30AM in bow till Tuesday 9:00AM, till Tuesday morning the van will just sit in the parking lot because we need to use it as a storage vehicle and we'll constantly keep loading and unloading things from it, and Tuesday early morning we will use the van to drop off the equipment in Norwood West.

I have a portable folding massage table. The screw in the metal cable tensioner (attached to the wooden leg) stripped out the wood and won't hold. I need someone to put in a slightly thicker screw (or fill the hole) so it holds securely. Important: The table must still be able to fold flat, so it can't be permanently glued shut. I have the table and the old screw ready.

I need someone to repair a small tear in the fabric upholstery on the arm of my sofa. The tear is roughly 5cm, triangular in shape - looks like a snag/rip in the weave rather than a clean cut (photo attached). The fabric is a grey wool-blend/felt-type material. The sofa is fixed (not a removable cushion cover), so this needs to be repaired in place at my home in Epsom - it can't be transported to a workshop. Happy to discuss the best repair method (invisible weave/darning, patch from behind, or matching thread stitching) - I'd prefer a repair that's as discreet as possible given it's on a visible arm panel. Please bring your own tools/materials and let me know what you'd need from me on the day. Flexible on timing - please suggest your earliest availability.
