’m looking for someone to make a fully finished physical handmade scrapbook for my boyfriend’s birthday on 10th September. I’d provide around 20–30 photos, plus little captions, memories, inside jokes and possibly a letter or two. I have a collection of items, antiques, statuettes, wall hangings, model aeroplanes, electric train sets, wood carvings, old maps, old comics and maybe some other things hiding away that I can't get too. I'm looking for someone to collect all of the items in question. About the size of a small van may be needed or a few trips in a car. Then sell the items for me and split the profits. Some items may not be worth much for example some of the old maps may only be worth £5 at a guess. Others like A full misty comic book collection including the special editions may fetch £1000+ At a very loose estimate I would guess the value of all items would be in the region £3000. Though I'm not very good at guessing the value of a lot of items due to them being unique. I've put the budget at £750 which is to reflect an offer of 25% of any items sold. Though if you can get a higher price for the items I already know the selling price of, or buy all the items immediately I could offer a higher percentage.
