I need an advanced Excel expert to build a dynamic traffic and car-park capacity model for a large sports facility. Purpose: Create an automated model that projects how many car-park spaces are required to manage customer flow across football (5-a-side & 7-a-side) and padel courts. We must demonstrate to council that 106 spaces is sufficient. What I need built: A new Excel model (from scratch) that improves our current manual worksheet and includes the following: Adjustable number of pitches/courts – Padel courts adjustable from 2–12 – 5-a-side and 7-a-side pitches also adjustable Flexible scheduling – Custom game durations (30–120 mins) per pitch/court – Start-time options every 15 mins (00/15/30/45) – Dynamic scaling based on number of pitches/courts Adjustable customer behaviour inputs – % using public transport, walking, driving – Vehicle occupancy rates – Players/spectators per game for each sport Arrival & departure modelling – Weighted % of arrivals in 10-min intervals pre-kickoff – Weighted % of departures in 10-min intervals post-game Car-park movement tracking – Vehicles arriving, parked, departing (10-min intervals) – Total occupancy vs 106-space capacity Clear outputs – Easy-to-read tables – Visual representation of car-park usage – Layout suitable for council review The final workbook must be clean, automated, and simple for non-technical users. Existing worksheet will be provided for reference, but the new model must be rebuilt with formulas and/or VBA where helpful. Please apply only if you are highly skilled in Excel modelling and have experience with dynamic scheduling, capacity/traffic modelling, or similar forecasting tools.
