I'm a builder building my own house. I submitted my own report although council responded with " The submitted cost of the development (construction and site works) is undervalued. Provide evidence of the development cost by way of a cost of works report prepared by a registered quantity surveyor" So I need a registered quantity surveyor to check my work and then give me a report. Note this is for a 700sqm house and 300sqm shed. Details to come if successful in picking up this task.

I’m looking for someone with good research skills and an eye for detail to help me find the perfect place for a 4-night self-guided retreat. I’d like 3 options in total: one near water (beach or ocean inlet) and two others that can be hinterland, acreage, or similar peaceful areas. My budget is up to $550/night. The places need to feel private and calming without being overly isolated or giving off “cabin in a horror movie” vibes. I want somewhere quiet with a relaxing atmosphere, a full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, a good-sized TV (bonus if there’s also one in the bedroom), and enough space that I can do tai chi/yoga without bumping into furniture. Ideally there’s also a private pool or spa, or at least a really comfortable outdoor area where I can read and unwind. I’d also like you to find a nearby high-quality day spa or an in-house mobile massage/beauty option and check availability for a treatment during my stay (I’ll give you dates once assigned). If you’re someone who actually reads reviews, compares vibe and atmosphere, and won’t just send me the first three listings that pop up, then this will be right up your alley. Bonus if you have local knowledge of the Sunshine Coast or QLD. Happy to answer questions once assigned.
