I need someone to repair a hydraulic pump on a vintage-style barber chair. The issue is that the chair won't go up or down at all I believe the hydraulic pump is either broken or needs a seal/fluid replacement. Task Description: I need a professional, independent inventory and condition report completed for a 2-bed flat in London N8. Requirements: • Must be an experienced inventory clerk using professional software (e.g., Inventory Hive, Klerky, No Letting Go) to produce a comprehensive, time-stamped digital PDF report. • Full schedule of condition required, including all standard rooms, walls, flooring, and details/photos of cleanliness (particularly the oven/appliances). • Accurate meter readings (gas/electricity/water) with clear photographic evidence must be included. • Testing and documenting of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Access: Access will be provided via the estate agent or a lockbox. The property will be empty of any unwanted items by the time of the inspection. We need outfits for both daytime and evening occasions, including sightseeing, dinners, a Nile cruise, temple visits and birthday outfits. The style is elegant, creative, comfortable and holiday appropriate, with some African-inspired pieces, kaftans, two-piece sets, wide-leg trousers, lace, satin and summerwear. Ideally, we need someone who can help with: * Making custom outfits from scratch * Altering existing pieces * Advising on suitable fabrics * Creating elegant holiday looks * Working quickly to a deadline * Potentially sourcing or recommending fabrics We are based in London and would need measurements taken as soon as possible. I have pierced a hole in my canvas bell tent with the entrance/door pole when setting up. The hole is no bigger than a 20p coin and I already have a spare canvas swatch in the repair kit that came with tent. I would be looking for a repair sometime in the next two weeks.
