We’re looking for an experienced draftsperson to prepare council-ready drawings for a commercial kitchen expansion at an existing hospitality venue in Melbourne CBD. This is for a real, active project – not concept drawings – so experience with council submissions is essential. You will be required to: Prepare existing conditions drawings Draft proposed kitchen expansion plans Produce council-compliant drawings, including: Floor plans Elevations (if required) Sections (if required) Electrical points Wall set outs Ensure drawings meet City of Melbourne / Victorian council standards Make reasonable revisions following council or consultant feedback Plans will be used for council approval and related permits Site photos, rough measurements, and background info will be provided Site visit will likely be needed to assess scope

I run Metal Sydney Metal (MSM), a long-standing community platform for Sydney’s local metal scene, featuring events, band promotion, and more. The website is just one part of this platform, which also includes social media and other community-focused tools.
