Hi, I am a retail store owner with two different free pour machines bought from https://sixsimplemachines.com.au/. There are two different machines (jugglers/freepours) : - two taps - four taps Full price of these machines in total is $60k (if bought new) They are in good working condition, good as new. I had taken them off service last year as the purpose wasnt profitable. I see these machines being used a lot by cafes as they offer efficient use of milk and reduces the time for baristas. I have the free pour version of the machine. I am looking at selling both machines for a $15k and want to work off a base price for the salesperson with incentive for every dollar above it. My proposal is that if the machines are sold for $15k (minimum price that i want) then you get $1000. After that a percentage will be added for every $1 increment of sale price. That is, for every $1 you get (between $15k and $25k) 20% will be paid as commission on top of $1000. From $25k to $30k you get 30% on top and from $30k+ you get 50% . Example: Both machines are sold for $20k: Total payout to you $1000 + ($5000 * 20%) = $2000 Both machines are sold for $30k : Total payout to you $1000 + ($10000 (i.e. 25k-15k) * 20%) + ($5000 * 30%) = $1000 + $2000 + $1500 = $4500. Both machines sold for $40k : Total payout to you $1000 + ($10000 (i.e. 25k-15k) * 20%) + ($5000 * 30%) + ($10000 * 50%) = $1000 + $2000 + $1500 + $5000 = $9500. Only those who have contacts or are have a good sales aptitude apply for this. IMPORTANT: both machines are located in melbourne, Strathmore area. Shipping charges will need to be paid by the purchaser or you can absorb it in your commission payout.

I have 6pcs small billiard table rail need to do reclothing and install new rubber It’s old-fashioned table I bought second hand— the rail need to open up nails then only can install the cloth so I couldn’t do it myself as it need some tools.(unlike modern billiard tables that have a rubber to hammer in to hold the cloth) • I have already purchased: • New cushion rubbers 6pcs • Cushion rail cloth 6pcs Rubber needs to be: • Installed using adhesive (I can supply the gum) • Grinding shaped to suit the pocket openings Cloth needs to be properly fitted and staple in someone who knows billiard tables and cushion rail work I believe you can understand that. I can drop the rails, rubber, gum off at your place if preferred. All rails is about 1.1m long.
