The house will be undergoing renovation so this is not a full mega bond clean! It’s a two storey little old house with hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs and tiled bathroom. Remove couch throws and replace with fresh ones. 10. Wash balcony 11. Each room dust skirting boards, wipe doors,door handles, switches, skirting boards. I am looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner to help with a pre-inspection clean for my apartment before a routine rental inspection. The clean needs to be completed on Wednesday 28 January, at any time during the day. This is not an end-of-lease clean. It is a thorough tidy and detail clean to inspection standard, with particular focus on the kitchen and the master bedroom ensuite. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main focus on the master ensuite. It also includes a kitchen, living area and dining area. The priority areas are the kitchen and the master ensuite. In the kitchen, this includes cleaning the benchtops, sink, stovetop and rangehood exterior, as well as wiping down cupboard fronts and the splashback. In the master ensuite, this includes cleaning the toilet, shower glass, tiles, vanity and mirrors, and removing any visible soap scum, water marks or surface mould if present. General cleaning tasks include vacuuming and mopping all floors, wiping down walls to remove visible marks, cleaning the second bathroom to a standard inspection level, dusting surfaces, skirting boards, window sills and blinds, and a general tidy and wipe-down throughout the apartment to inspection standard. This clean does not require end-of-lease level cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, or a deep oven clean, unless offered as an optional extra. The cleaner must bring their own cleaning equipment and products. Experience with rental or inspection cleans is preferred, along with good attention to detail.
