Hello, I need a bond cleaning, professional carpet cleaning and flea treatment / fumigation done. I’d like to get some quotes for getting this done please :) I’m not sure if fumigation is the same as a flea treatment. We’ve only got to do this because we’ve got one small tabby cat. We have a 1 level 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Sounds big but it’s just another typical narrow rental. The house will be emptied before the service. I need a cheap and affordable cleaning quote. I am after a ‘Bond Back Guaranteed’ for a end-of-lease (EOL). Clean + carpet steam clean, for a 4 Bdr 2bath 2 carpark single story house in Doreen, VIC 3754, for the Saturday 28-March-2026. Note, the house is very well kept, Carpet area is 4 small bedrooms and living room. Carpets are currently in a clean condition, but Victoria requires a EOL professional steam clean. Cleaning required as below: • Walls, Doors, Ceilings: Remove cobwebs and any marks left by insects. • Removing dust from skirting boards, windowsills and even hard to reach surface areas (i.e. tops of doors, atop cupboards etc.) • Clearing out all light fittings, as many insects can find themselves up there, as well as dust and grease from the light itself. • Wiping off all marks and stains on the walls (recommend sugar soap), ceilings, doors and light switches, especially fingerprints hidden in certain light. • Ensure all cabinets, such as wardrobes, drawers, shelves etc. are cleared and cleaned. • Bathrooms shower recess and screens cleaned, bath vanity, grouting, exhaust fan, toilet cistern, seat and lid.
