Hi 👋 I’m looking for an experienced end-of-lease cleaner to complete a bond-return standard clean for a modern apartment in Ryde. The apartment will be fully vacated and generally clean before arrival, however a thorough, detailed clean is required to meet real estate / bond standards. Property details: Modern apartment - 2 bed and 2 bath (floor plan attached) General areas • Vacuum and mop all floors thoroughly • Wipe down all walls to remove dust, marks and fingerprints • Clean skirting boards, door frames, doors and handles • Clean light switches and power points • Dust and clean air vents and exhaust fans • Clean inside and outside of all cupboards and wardrobes Kitchen • Oven cleaned inside and outside (including trays and racks) • Stovetop, rangehood and filters degreased • Sink and tapware polished and slash back cleaned • All cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and outside • Benchtops and all surfaces wiped and sanitised Bathrooms (2) • Shower screens fully descaled (no soap scum or water marks) • Tiles and grout wiped down to remove buildup or discolouration • Toilets cleaned inside and outside • Vanity, mirror, sink and tapware cleaned • Floors thoroughly cleaned • Floor drains cleared Bedrooms and living areas • Wardrobes cleaned inside and outside • Mirrors and internal glass cleaned • Final dust-free finish throughout Windows and blinds • Internal windows and sliding doors cleaned (glass and tracks) • Both sides of roller blinds cleaned • Mould removal in affected areas (windows or blinds) Courtyard / balcony • Sweep and tidy area • Remove leaves and debris • General tidy suitable for final inspection Important notes • Must be completed to real estate / bond-return standard • Cleaner must supply own equipment and cleaning products • End-of-lease cleaning experience preferred • Please include price and estimated time to complete Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you!
