Hole in wall needs filling, help with changing battery in fire alarm, help with loose lighting frame, help with loose curtain frame, look at wooden floor.

I live in a rental property and my fire alarm just fell off, i discovered that it was not properly mounted and only sticking by double tape on the ceiling and a single screw. I need help to screw it properly to the ceiling and additionally since its beeping help to replace the battery as I tried to make it slide open but its not working. Thank you

8no alarms to be installed. Heat alarms inside 5no flats hallway. Smoke alarms in 3no communal hallways 1on each floor. Ceiling height is 3.4m downstairs. Alarms to be supplied by me, fixings and tools to be supplied by installer. Alarms are battery fed, interlinked.

Our alarm needs changing batteries but we've no step ladder and it's in a very awkward position on the upstairs landing above the stairs and the ceiling is high. Not entirely sure what batteries needed as first time we've changed it. Would be great to get it sorted and have correct batteries refitted safely, or if it just needs a reset - for that to be done. Quick help would be great as we've had a neighbour mention it.
